This is our second year growing this garlic and it will be available for sale in August 2025.
Cuban Purple has a rich and earthy taste with little pungency (not too spicy). It is excellent for raw eating. We suggest using it in pesto, salsas and in salad dressings. The clove skin is a gorgeous pink colour, our most beautiful garlic!
This is a medium size hardneck, with 4-6 medium to large size cloves. This garlic can store for 7-8 months in the right conditions.
