Alison's is a well-rounded flavoured garlic: strong and also a bit sweet . This is a rocambole variety and the bulbs are shaped more like teardrops, with beautiful pink, purple and white striping. The cloves are extra small to medium size in each bulb, with 6-10 cloves per bulb. The skins are looser than other varieties which make them easier to peel. If a large garlic bulb and cloves are intimidating to you, this is the variety for you.
You can expect a storage life of 4 months in the right conditions.
