This is our second year growing this garlic and it will be available for sale in August 2025.
Spicy Korean Red has a robust and bold flavour, and is known as one of the spicier, savoury, heirloom garlics. The garlic skin is a beautiful dark pink colour. We suggest using this garlic in stir-fries, marinades, and to use in pickling.
This is a medium size hardneck, with 6-8 small to medium size cloves. This garlic can store for 6 months in the right conditions.
