Created using our very own Pender Island grown Garlic Scapes, with beneficial and nutrient rich Pink Himalayan Salt. This scape salt adds a light garlic flavour to your cooking: for use on eggs, vegetables, poultry, and meats. But our favourite is to use it on popcorn!
Garlic scapes are low-FODMAP - which means they don't contain the fructans that can cause digestive distress.
We use only our freshly cut scapes to make our salt, and scapes are only available for harvesting in June of each year.
