Marble Purple Stripe has a strong garlic flavour, slightly sweet and just a little bit salty. This is the best garlic to pair with seafood, or to add to melted butter as a dipping sauce. This variety has beautiful shades of marbled pink and purple. The cloves are small to large size in each bulb, with 6-10 cloves per bulb.
Medium size bulbs are 1.75"-2"; 10-14 bulbs/lb.
Large size bulbs are 2"-2.5"; 6-10 bulbs/lb. - this is the ideal planting size
Extra Large size bulbs are 2.5"-3.5"; 4-6 bulbs/lb.
