Music has been known to have an intense garlic flavour with wasabi like heat. This is a porcelain variety so the paper is creamy white with shades of brown and purple. The cloves are medium to large size in each bulb, with 4-6 cloves per bulb. This variety stores very well and can last 8 months or longer in proper conditions. One of our most popular porcelain varieties, it has thrived on the Gulf Islands.
