Music has been known to have an intense garlic flavour with wasabi like heat. This is a porcelain variety so the paper is creamy white with shades of brown and purple. The cloves are medium to large size in each bulb, with 4-6 cloves per bulb. This variety stores very well, and in the right conditions can store for 10-12 months. This is one of our most popular porcelain varieties and has adapted well to the gulf islands.
