Polish Hardneck is an intense and spicy garlic. The paper is creamy white with shades of brown and purple. The cloves are medium to large size in each bulb, with 4-6 cloves per bulb. Porcelain varieties are hardy and do well on the west coast. You can expect a storage life of 4-6 months with this variety.
