This is our second year growing this garlic and it will be available for sale in August 2025.
Cuban Purple has a rich and earthy taste with little pungency (not too spicy). It is excellent for raw eating. We suggest using it in pesto, salsas and in salad dressings.
This is a medium size hardneck, with 4-6 medium to large size cloves. This garlic can store for 7-8 months in the right conditions.
